It couldn't happen here
That's one of the main headlines when Norwegian experts comment on the loss of electricity in the large cities down the US east coast.

But while New Yorkers waited in elevators for the electricity to return, other Americans waited in busses between avalances in order to continue their trip to Dombås and dinner. Last night it rained so much there were floods all over the North-West of Norway. Roads were flooded, camping-places had to be evacuated, and rivers dug new paths.

If the electricity companies try telling us that the dams have not been filled up in this area this summer (that was the excuse for the electricity prices last year), they have a trust-problem with the public...
